Shipping policy

Processing Time
Orders are processed after your telehealth consultation is complete and your prescription has been approved by a licensed provider. Once approved, orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched by the fulfilling pharmacy.

Delivery Time
Estimated delivery is 3–5 business days within the United States from the date of shipment. Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees — delays caused by carriers, weather, or pharmacy processing are outside our control. Certain medications may require specific handling or temperature-controlled shipping, which can affect delivery timelines.

Returns
Due to the nature of prescription medications, all sales are final. For health, safety, and legal reasons, prescription products cannot be returned, exchanged, resold, or reused once dispensed. Do not send products back to us — items returned will not be processed or refunded. If you have a question or concern about your order, contact us at hello@trycellseed.com and we will assist you.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, contact us within 7 days at hello@trycellseed.com. We will work with the carrier and fulfilling pharmacy to locate your package. CellSeed is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package has not arrived and tracking shows no movement for 14+ business days, contact us and we will evaluate on a case-by-case basis.

Order Cancellations
If your prescription has not yet been dispensed or shipped by the pharmacy, we can cancel your order for a refund of the product cost. Once a prescription medication has been dispensed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded. Please contact us as soon as possible at hello@trycellseed.com if you need to cancel.

Wrong Address
If you provide an incorrect shipping address and the package is delivered to that address or returned to sender, CellSeed is not responsible. Because prescription medications cannot be reshipped once dispensed, a new order and a new prescription may be required at the customer's expense.
