How subscriptions work

When you select Subscribe & Save at checkout, you enroll in a recurring order. We ship your selected product on a repeating schedule and charge your payment method automatically each cycle until you cancel.

What you are charged and how often

You are charged the subscription price shown at checkout for your selected option, then the same amount at the start of each billing cycle. The billing interval depends on the option you choose: Buy 1 renews every 30 days, Buy 2 Get 1 Free renews every 90 days, and Buy 3 Get 2 Free renews every 5 months. Your exact quantity, price, and interval are confirmed on the product page before payment and in your order confirmation email.

Automatic renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the disclosed price and interval until you cancel. We will send you an order or shipping confirmation for each renewal.

How to cancel or change your subscription

You can cancel or modify your subscription at any time, with no fees or penalties, from your account dashboard or by emailing hello@trycellseed.com. To avoid being charged for your next cycle, cancel before your next billing date. Cancellations take effect for the next billing cycle.

Price changes

We may change subscription pricing with advance notice as required by applicable law. Any change will apply only to future billing cycles.
